Egypt announces 26-man squad against Ghana in World Cup play-off
Egypt coach Bob Bradley revealed on Sunday the 26-man squad against Ghana in the World Cup play-off set for 15 October in Kumasi.
Bradley has picked 19 locally-based players in his squad for that important game.
Seven foreign-based players: Mohamed Nagy Gedo (Hull City), Hossam Ghaly (Lierse), Ahmed Elmohamady (Hull City), Mohamed Salah (Basel), Mohamed El-Neny (Basel), Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim ‘Kahraba’ (Luzern) and Amr Zaki (Al-Salmiya) also feature on the list.
The 26 players will start a preparation camp on Monday until 11 October, the date of their departure for Kumasi, four days before the crucial game.

Defenders: Wael Gomaa, Mohamed Naguib, Rami Rabia, Ahmed Fathi, Ahmed Shedid, Sayed Moawad, Hazem Emam, Ahmed Elmohamady and Mohamed Abdel-Shafi
Midfielders: Hossam Ashour, Hossam Ghaly, Hosni Abd-Rabou, Amr El-Solaya, Mohamed Abou-Treika, Mahmoud Abdel-Razik ‘Shikabala’, Mohamed El-Neny , Mahmoud Abdel-Moneim ‘Kahraba’, Abdallah El-Said, Mohamad Salah and Walid Soliman
