Mexico 23-man squad for world cup 2014
Javier Hernandez named in Mexico’s 23-man squad for World Cup finals in Brazil.
Mexico coach Miguel Herrera didn’t waste time with a preliminary squad for the world Cup in Brazil. Instead, the Mexico manager went all in on the 23 players El Tri will bring to Brazil.
There were very few surprises from Herrera, with stalwarts Rafa Márquez, Carlos Salcido, Javier “Chicharito” Hernández and Giovani dos Santos headlining the squad. As expected, Real Sociedad forward Carlos Vela was not included in the 23-man roster.
Mexico will play in group A alongside with Brésil, Cameroon and Croatia in world Cup.
